Contains benzalkonium chloride antiseptic. Antimicrobial liner that prevents post-operative sensitivity. Can be used before any obturation. Healdent Desensitiser is the instant solution to sensitivity problems without causing soft tissue irritation (which is generally associated with the glutaraldehyde contained in most desensitisers). One drop, applied to the area using a cotton pellet or applicator brush, will act for a long time against sensitivity caused by receding gums, whitening or root planing procedures, exposed roots, etc. This is the only desensitiser to combine 3 complementary products: - Benzalkonium chloride, powerful antiseptic but totally harmless to soft tissue. - HEMA, to physically fill root canals and prevent bacterial recolonisation. - Fluoride, to desensitise while promoting dentine remineralisation.
